Sorry I hit the send button by accident.  Yes,  this is a very real question 
for us.  If we make a new dataset from say two JPL files,  JPL is no longer the 
creator, first because they didn't create it,  but even more to say they are 
are the creator is to imply that they have put their stamp of approval on the 
product,  which they have not.  At the same time,  we want to give proper 
credit that the new file was created from say two JPL files.

Out of all these fields,  we have been debating what is the most appropriate 
way to do so.
