In [comment:36 36] davidhassell first brought forward the idea that this collection should be unordered. I do not think this is a good approach, I think it causes issues of confusion and added complexity without adding utility, as far as I can see. I would like to see this approach to be dropped, unless a strong justification for it can be clearly stated.
