Without looking too much at the code, try adding output="no" to the cffunction tag. Does that impove it any?

Two examples are below. It seems that calling a function adds any whitespace in the function. This just started three days ago, I presume when my server was updated to cf 7.0. Do you know a way to turn off this "feature'? (Oh, and adding a <cfreturn> to the functions doesn't make a difference.) Thanks, Derek Example 1:<!---sends an email with 3 blank lines then a 1.---> ##code <cffunction name="getProductURL"> <cfset urls =""> <cfset rootURL = "http://www.guitar-learning.com"> </cffunction> <cfmail to = "[to email] from = "[from email]" subject = "Test" server = "[sorry]" username="[sorry]" password="[sorry]" >#getProductURL()#1 </cfmail> ##/code Example 2: <!---sends an email with 2 and no extra lines. notice the lack of whitespace in the function ---> ##code <cffunction name="getProductURL"><cfset urls =""><cfset rootURL = "http://www.guitar-learning.com"></cffunction> <cfmail to = "[to email] from = "[from email]" subject = "Test" server = "[sorry]" username="[sorry]" password="[sorry]" >#getProductURL()#2 </cfmail> ##/code -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
