10.0.0.10 is running a simple SMTP service, there's no filtering, and
I'm watching it to see that it's up etc.  I have been trying it on and
off for a couple of hours now, and it's taking other mails, but not this
one (or any others generated by the same page) - but  it takes them when
generated by another page.  There has to be something I'm missing in the
parameters...

There should be an idication of the delivery problem in the mail.log
file.  A common occurance is that the mail server rejects the mail as
SPAM although it could also have been an intermittent problem like the
mail server was being restarted.
