No actually I can't, sorry for that bit. Because there are so many mail servers, it all boils down to what they actually use. I am currently using a program called mail enable, and it has the ability for a web mail interface with an API that I can use to create this.
I guess the only thing you can do is to consult an ISP and ask some questions.
