I am trying to get coldfusion and apache 2 to work together, and I am having a
hell of a time. Everything install fine, but when I try to access the site
where I have built my CF app, I get "403 Forbidden" error. I have my DNS
server setup with the static IP address of my machine where I am going to host
the app. I have set the name to rentalprogram.local, so that other people in
my office will be able to use it. When i open up a web browser to
rentalprogram.local I get the 403 error.

The Doc root is set to: DocumentRoot "C:/wamp/www"

I have all of the CF folders, i.e. the CFIDE, rentalprogram, cfdocs, directory
all under c:\wamp\www

if i put in localhost\rentalprogram\index.htm, it gives me the 403 error again,
but when i type just localhost, it serves index.htm from the rentalprogram
folder.

At this point I have no idea what is going on. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks,
Rob
