Subject: CF Server Time

Hey guys, this might seem like a stupid question lol but I'm been
googleing this for about an hour now, and I can't seem to find how to do
this. How do I make my CF server (Installed in my pc) match my Pc's
Time, because when I run time queries I get an hour less then the time
I'm in... Let's say right now It's 12:13 and is I print:
TimeFormat(NOW(), "hh:mm tt") I get 11:13. Weird uh?
