Thanks so much for your help!
I have done the "Escaping" and the page now does not give an error.  
This is probably a good lesson for me to learn, as I knew about your  
example with the outputting of a variable with #...# but I did not  
know about the single # sign,and if I needed to use that for something 
(CSS) in the case I could use the double ##.
