Hi Paul, Thanks so much this works like a charm, and was exactly what I was looking for`-` Can I ask one more question please. Are there lag times using cfmail, or is it the mail servers that could cause an e-mail so long to be delivered. I send the mail at 11:00pm, but the mail was not deceived for an over hour. The CF server is on the east coast,and I am in hawaii, but that should not matter, right? Thanks so much, John
