Sorry to chime in, and I may be wrong...
But when I have used Access for development with CF, I have not used an Access 
driver, but rather established an ODBC connection for the Access database.  I 
found this worked just fine.  I hope this works for you.  I'll be curious to 
know if it succeeds.

When I installed CF9 64bit driver back at the first of the year, it did NOT 
have drivers for MS access. Maybe they have changed that now and started 
supporting Access, but it didn't originally.
