If you are using the built-in Apache Web server you will need to open up one of the configuration files in Notepad and change a setting. Open up the .xml files you see in the ColdFusion9 directory until you find the one that seems to control the Web server settings. After you change the setting, restart the ColdFusion services. This information should be documented in the ColdFusion install guide, if you want to look it up there instead.
