It's so easy it's criminal. Takes about 15 minutes to install, 10 of those
to get it out of the box.
Takes about 2 minutes to add a domain...about two more to add a user. If you
do it programmatically it takes no time...except to write the front end of
course.
We have been using it for about a year and a half. We've got about 200 webs.
Never, never, never a problem. All we've ever done is install upgrades. It's
the best money we've ever spent.
I'll also say that there are not a lot of different hands in our
configuration. Maybe that's why we have such good luck.

My boss has asked me to find out how much time it takes to do things within
IMail server. We are getting ready to buy it and install it on our new
dedicated box. She wants to know how long it takes to do things like add
new domains, new pop accounts then within those domains, how long it takes
to change passwords, etc. They have chosen IMail so please don't bombard me
with other options, I just need people that have used this product that know
about how long it takes to do things in it to respond and let me know if you
can. As a side note we will be using PC Anywhere to remotely manage it.
