Monitoring load on CF SERVER

Hello,

I need a solution to monitor the activity and the load (memory+CPU) of the
server on which cold fusion is running.
Is there any custom tag or CFX to do this ?

I look forward to any kind of solution to obtain real-time statistics about
the activity of the server.
