hmm... dangerous, but the usual root to running scripts as a non-root user
is to either not do it (advisable) or use the sudo command (which is a bit
of a throwback to Unix but is there and if not, do a google search and
you'll find it).
I would still say that this shouldn't need to be done. Try working out your
security better to allow you to do whatever it is you are trying to do.
