I don't know what the problem could be, but I copied your exact code and it
works fine for me.
I made an application.cfm file and copied your code. Then I made a test.cfm
and just did a cfoutput <cfoutput>#session.sessionid#</cfoutput>. That gave
me a result of WEBTOGO_244_39965562.
For cfid and cftoken I got 244 and 39965562
