No, there's really not much of a difference, except I don't think that Win2K Pro IIS5 includes built-in, MTS-like Component manager. Win2K Pro allows you to install FTP server, SMTP server, etc., etc. But you may have to go back into "Add/Remove Windows Components" and select the options you want.
