Typically, so I'm told, 8 seconds is the max. As long your pages loads in
under 8 seconds (ideally only 2 or 3) then you're golden.
As far as milliseconds go I don't think 150 is too many, I've seen much
longer load times.
Have you tried query catching and all that good stuff?
