I've noticed that when you run CF (4.5.1 SP2) under some account other than
the default service account (although still an administrator), scheduled
tasks fail to run. I get a "Connection Failure" error.
This seems to be the only thing that doesn't work when running CF under a
different account. Even if I'm going out to Yahoo or something, it gives me
the error. Is this problem well known?
If the service has administrative rights, shouldn't it be able to open an
Internet connection?
Thoughts?
