That might be problem of your mail server. We had similar problem with Lotus
Domino mail server 4.0 when the mail server was not able to handle html
mail so it's attached it to itself as html page. Check first if all the
previously send mails wasn't just plain text and then the new ones you're
sending HTML. If this is not a case then I don't know what kind of mail
server you're using and what is configuration there. However if it was
working fine and it just start doing it now without any changes to CFML, I
would probably look at the mail server and its configuration.

I have a very strange behavior going on with a simple cfmail app. The email
is going to a TO: address and two CC: addresses.
I have been working fine for a few months. Today the email is arriving along
with an attachment of itself.
So, two identical emails are arriving, one, the actual email and, two, the
actual email as an attachment.
Anyone seen this behavior in CF?
