I am getting the following error when trying to use CFMAIL.
"Error","TID=820","06/11/01","09:27:00","Failed to send the spooled mail
file, C:\CFUSION\MAIL\spool\549E.cfmail. SMTP server replied "No connection
to mail server." Moved file to C:\CFUSION\MAIL\undelivr\549F.cfmail."
When I verify the connection using CF administrator it tells me there were
no problems connecting to the mail server. We successfully pinged and
telnetted.
Yet every time I try to send mail with CFMAIL, I keep getting this error
message in my log.
We then installed CF 4.5.1 SP2, I stopped getting error messages in my mail
log file, but the email is not being sent. I checked the spool folder and
the undeliverables folder. We also checked the mail server que and the
messages aren't caught up there and they and not in the in boxes they were
intended to be sent to.
We don't think it's a relay problem. Does anyone out there in CFLand have
any ideas about what might be happening. Thanks.
