I have a question about ODBC DSN's. I have some set up on an NT 4.0 member
server but whenever anybody tries to connect to them remotely, i.e. using
web software such as CF Studio or UltraDev, they cannot see any of them. I
have tried deleting and recreating them, but this has not helped. They are
system DSN's, for Access
and SQL DB's. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am not sure if
this is a little off topic, so I have included a Random Tip, a requirement
on another list I am on!
TIA,
TN.
Random Tip.
Remember, whenever you use Basic Authentication in IIS 4.0 or 5.0, passwords

are sent in clear text. The only way to get around this is to use get a
certificate and use SSL.
