As a follow up to my last message, I would recommend stopping ColdFusion
first, then making the registry change, then starting ColdFusion. Of
course, with ColdFusion 5, this is built into the CF Administrator. :)

I don't think you can. I also think that this is intentional. The
purpose of
this entry is to allow you to run the CF Administrator and still be able
to
limit the use of tags like CFCONTENT and CFOBJECT that are potentially
security problems.
