John, I don't know about ASP. The only mention of ASP on their site is a mention of Application Service Providers (ASP) ...not the language ASP. I was just looking over the email they sent me and the version that I have is upgradeable. Not sure why they would switch to ASP since the majority of their user base has spent time and money on Cold Fusion Server and modifications on the product.
