Dave, I'm using a form with drop-down lists to select values and attempting to use a Jscript to manipulate those values and return a score (percentage of a maximum). My intent is to calculate the score and submit it along with the other values when the form is submitted. I have generated Jscript functions that allow me access the form elements, manipulate the data, generate and view the score in a window generated by Jscript but the score does not get assigned to the associated variable within CFML/HTML. The data is not being written to the database where I expect it to be go. Other data from the form is being written so I know it is not a write error. Does this clarify my request?
