When you installed CF MX, did you choose "standalone" or "IIS"? You can configure the IIS connector by running \CFusionMX\runtime\bin\wsconfig.exe. If you want all IIS virtual servers to use CF MX, you can just run \CFusionMX\bin\connectors\IIS_connector.bat, which will run wsconfig.exe for you with the default settings.
