If you're using the "latest and greatest" from ASF (2.0.44), you'll need to install
CFMX Updater 2 before you can connect CFMX to Apache. You can find Updater 2 on
Macromedia's website (somewhere, I can't remember where).

Other than that, read through the httpd.conf file, which is a self documented config
file. That will give you some sense how Apache works, and a Google search will
probably reveal other good sources.

I've got Apache 2.0.44 and CFMX running on my Win2k Pro box, with no problems, so it
is possible.

Cheers!

Subject: CFMX and apache installation

Hi

I am about to install CFMX and Apache on the same server. I've never used
Apache before so this is a bit of a learning exercise. Are there any known
issues? Problems?

Thanks

Kola
