This is the number one reason I have not moved shared hosting to MX yet. 
I have no complaints about security or stability, so I intend to move as 
soon as it is fixed (and the budget is approved).

If the caching issue is solved, I see no need for that, because there 
would never be a need to do something in the directory with compiled 
templates anyway.
