Has anyone managed to get CF5 running on IIS 4 with URLScan installed and the RemoveServerHeader option set to 1.
We are seeing CF basically mess up the header so that it is included with the HTML (which therefore doesn�t render).
Searching through Macromedias site I found:

Which basically says comment out AlternateServerName. This has no effect on our server as commented or not the page is not returned correctly.
Anyone know how I can get round this?
