Well, the app could be using / allocating more memory that what is
specified. What I would do here is this:

1. Increase the Max Heap to 768 (or 1024)
2. Increase the Min Heap to 768 (or 1024)
3. Remove the line -XX:+UseParallelGC - it is not required.
4. Modify -XX:MaxPermSize to 64m
5. Add -XX:PermSize=48m
6 add -XX:NewSize=256m

Restart JRun and try again.

You should backup your jvm.config as well before you make these changes. If
the Flash version works after this then it is a memory issue.

When I run the certain report the memory pops up to about 84meg (2 gig
onboard - Dual HT Xeon's too)

When I run the flash version memory creeps up to 115/120 meg then JRun
dies. - I tried a couple of times and got similair increases.

I'm not really sure what increasing the heap would do so I've not
meddled with it - The Jrun implementation is new to me anyway so I left
pretty much everything as default.

Do you know how much RAM your application actually does use? Have you
increased the HEAP - (Min and Max).
