Yeah.... our OPs team says "It is too hard to set up" I wish I could say 
it is "too hard to code" and get away with it.

That is what I suggested as well as clustering the jrun servers two 
physical boxes, and cfmx server instances for failover.

My manager just wanted to be sure I look at all possiblities prior to 
him "Going to bat" for this solution.
