OK so I should have done more digging before writing but I am at a loss now.
Found jvm.config and jvm.bak. Both are accessible and look identical. Copied .bak over .config and the problem remains. Any suggestions? The file containing the JVM and Java settings cannot be read. I add some values and hit update and get the same message back. What file are these values stored in? And sorry about dragging along a different post with the original of this.
