just a stab is all, my gut says those items wouldn't like some JVMs is all.
No clue why you have this issue.  Did you run a updater recently?  try
copying the  cfide/administrator dir from under your CF install root to your
web root...back both up first.   Try this vice versa.  I've seen updaters
mess this up before is all.  If that doesn't help, me, I'd probably play
uninstall/re-install on that one.  I like researching and digging into
issues, but this one woudl bore me :)
