I'm not too sure what you mean.  What are the jrun_ii6_wildcard logs?  Are
they being generated by IIS or CF?

Personally, I would switch to apache and not have these crazy IIS problems,
but that's just me.  

Also you can probably enable compression on the log folder to keep it from
eating disk space.
