Hi Mark, I checked and it's pointing to the DLL that exists in the CF5.0 folder. Thanks very much for the suggestion though! It set me in the right direction.
What worked was to go to IIS | Properties | Computer Mime Map, and define .CFM files *there* as mime type "text/HTML". That isn't specified on any of my other functioning CF5.0 servers, but it seemed to do the trick.
