Chris,

We have been experiencing the exact same issue as you.  CF 4.5 and 5.0 work on 
our system.  CF 7 does not.  We have researched this problem and have not come 
up with a viable solution short of wiping the box and doing a fresh install of 
everything.  This is not a desirable solution.  Have you come up with a 
solution?  If so, can you share what it was?
