You need to create a mapping to the /CFIDE/Administrator in your apache config. It is (properly) running on the internal web server (like you specified in the install, port 8300). For forms to work, you can make your own folder to store those scripts in and configure in the CF admin, or just create a virtual folder pointing to the /cfide/scripts location.
