I am running Coldfusion MX7 and am attempting to set up and access a data
source through an ODBC Socket connection. I can connect to the System ODBC DSN
with no problem and no errors. When I query the DSN, and do a <cfdump> on the
query object, all I get are the column names and no data. I am able to use the
System DSN from Crystal Reports, Excel and Access on my workstation with no
problem and I get both column names AND data.

The System DSN was created using a third-party ODBC driver (TS ODBC Multi-Tier
Driver) which I installed from the vendor. It is connecting to a Linux machine
and is accessing a Btrieve-type file system.

I am running the developer version of Coldfusion MX7 on my local machine
(Windows XP Pro) which is also where the System DSN is defined.

Again, I have no trouble accessing the data using CR, Access or Excel and do
not receive any errors when accessing the test table using the Datasource I
created in CFMX7. I just don't receive any data.

I would appreciate any tips or pointers from an ODBC expert out there.

Thanks in advance,

Mark
