I am using the wsconfig GUI to setup the IIS mappings. This automatically sets 
up all mappings in IIS. Removing any of these mappings does not change the 
result. I have looked at the web connector log and it shows it sending the 
request to the remote CF server and it specifies the correct location of the 
file, but for some reason CF is not getting access to the file.
