Typically these type of threads are making outside calls like via ftp, http,
etc.

Subject: CF 8 Monitor Shows requests that run for thousands of seconds

CF8 Enterprise running on windows with iis 6 w/MS SQL 2000.

The CF8 monitor shows requests from time to time that are running for
thousands of seconds. Manually killing the threads doesn't work and the only
way to clear them is to restart the JRUN server.

Occasionally, when I check active SQL queries, I see corresponding queries
to the "hung" threads. BUT, in many cases, I don't find SQL queries that
correspond to the "hung" threads.
