I've got a windows 2003 enterprise root CA that my CF8 clients use for
SSL connections to our Active Directory when creating accounts or
changing passwords.

I'm going to add another CA to the arrangement for backup but I'm
wondering if it would be more appropriate to use a stand-alone root CA.
My understanding is that the advantage of an enterprise root CA is its
integration with AD. CF is not able to take advantage of such and
requires manually creating the keystore in a process that's entirely
outside of windows. So my thought is a stand-alone root CA would be the
better choice, but I'd appreciate hearing from others on this.

Thanks.
