It could be a name resolution problem, or frankly any number of other
things. From the Windows console, can you connect to the Unidata
server's listening port with telnet? Can you monitor outbound traffic
from the Windows server using Wireshark? Can you monitor inbound
traffic to the Unidata server using tcpdump?
