Try using the IP, like "http://[ipadres]:8500/cfide/administrator/index.cfm";
If that loads faster, it's name resolution (DNS, WINS, etc). If you experience the same slowness, it might be your network (firewall, WAN, LAN,etc), or maybe even some kind of software firewall/packet filter that's slowing down the connection.
