We are trying to pull files from a remote server to a web page via the CFCONTENT tag,
and are running into the problem that the CFCONTENT uses the IIS server account rather
than the account that CF runs under.

Would it be functionally equivalent to use a CFHEADER and CFFILE, which avoids the
problem?
