Dear list,

I recently sent out an email to a customer using CFMAIL and he replied
saying the message had been garbled like this:

"school programs require tha=
t you submit recommendations from professors. Wouldn=92t it be easiest f=
or you to get those recommendations now while you=92re still in touch wit=
h professors? Set up an account with interfolio.com and leave it to us t=
o out your recommendations, transcripts, writing samples and other work i=
nto our database=97after that, access them whenever you want from your se=
cure file. When you=92re ready to apply, we=92ll send your information o=
n your behalf in whichever way you choose =96 electronically over the Int=
ernet or on paper in the mail. Either way, we do the tedious work for you=
. Applying yourself with interfolio.com will significantly reduce the has=
sle of collecting application materials and sending them out to various i=
nstitutions. Log on and sign up for an account today at https://www.inte=
rfolio.com/cgi-bin/stud_new_account.cfm.=20"

The original message was type in Word, pasted in a <Textarea> box in a web
form, and sent. Any idea why these "=20" weird characters show up? Do I need
to specifically set the content type of an email before it goes out using
CFCONTENT? IF so, how does this work? Thank you for your help!
