Wouldn't it be:
<CFQUERY Datasource="MyDataSource" Name="MyName">
SELECT TableA.NameID, TableB.NameID, TableA.Data, TableB.Data
FROM TableA, TableB
WHERE TableA.NameID = TableB.NameID
</CFQUERY>
That will get the info from the table with matchin NameIDs.
Then:
<CFOUTPUT Query="MyName">
#TableA.Data#
#TableB.Data#
</CFOUTPUT>
