This is not a Spectra error, but a problem with your database.  Each SQL 
transaction is being logged, and the file that holds these logs is 
full.  You need to have your DBA clear the file.  It would probably also be 
a good idea to increase the size of the log file, and to set it so that it 
grows automatically.
