Open regedit and go to
hkey_local_machine\software\allaire\ColdFusion\currentversion\server and
reset the UseAdminPassword key from "1" to "0"

There was a discussion recently on disabling the CFAdmin password.
Unfortunately I deleted the message that contained the registry entry for
doing this and what do you know - this morning I find out I have forgotten
the password to one of my dev servers :-(
