It is a native IIS 5 feature, and I'm sure it is documented somewhere, 
but I suspect that if you use the procedure at the URL
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;q322603&;
and just replace the aspx extension with the cfm extension it will work. 
Usual warnings apply. YMMV.

There was a problem with the wrong headers being visible in browsers, 
much like the problems one might encounter with an improperly configured 
URLScan, but Damian Wright wrote an IIS filter to correct this:

I have not tried this with CF MX yet, but MM technote 18599 suggests it 
is fixed.
