We purchased the SoEditor pro about 4 months ago. I have implemented it about 10 times with great success. Once you get it going once, setting up subsequent instances literally take less than 15 minutes. I had about 3 major issues that I was unable to work out and the developer's responded in the user forums on the website pretty quickly. The users we've trained to use it seem very pleased with it. It was a good product to invest in.
The only complaint I have is that the documentation could be more complete. Particularly in the area of extending and customizing the editor.
