Jeremy, Bad news, I don't think your ever going to be able to get 4.5 CF working on Apache 2.0.39 unless you have access to the source stub files. CF5 folks have a .dll out there floating around for Apache builds over 2, but .. even then, it's uncertain that Macromedia is ever going to release this (and, I doubt they will, they're on MX already).
